The phenotype of this dominant mutation consists of a short slightly upturned nose and small eyes. Results from initial hearing tests completed on one mutant and one control at three months of age were normal. Initial eye examinations of one mutant revealed coloboma of the iris. The mutant in this picture is six week old female.
