Dominant Mode of Inheritance

Availability of mutant mice to the public scientific community:

All of the strains on this page are now being offered to members of the scientific community who are interested in craniofacial abnormalities. Living colonies are available for most strains; others are available via recovery from cryopreserved sperm.  When an investigator expresses interest in a particular mutant, 2 breeder pairs will be provided as soon as possible, for the cost of shipping.  Photographs of mutants will remain public indefinitely, even if taken by an investigator, or available only as cryopreserved germplasm.  No indication will be made as to whether or not a particular mutant has been requested by an independent investigator.

Interested parties may contact faces@jax.org.
